About MO-BOOKS
After spending a lot of years in a lot of places doing a lot of things, I decided
to settle down and read a book. Then I read a second book. And after I had read
614 books I had to either buy another bookcase, move or start getting rid
of my books. I decided to get rid of my books. Rent was due and I needed
a few dollars. I decided to sell them. And that was the beginning of mo-books.com.
In the beginning there was no .com, just mo-books. Actually the name was
(and still is on e-Bay)mo-books-n-stuff. Being the person I am, I needed more than just
e-Bay. Then I began selling on other sites. And I still do. And it wasn't until I decided
to branch out and carry more than books that I decided
to start mo-books.com.
And how exciting! We grew. We've expanded. We are now in our
third location to house our inventory. We're becoming as big as all outdoors!
If it isn't interesting and in good condition (or better), we don't want it in our inventory!
We do make exceptions occasionally. Sometimes it will be so interesting that we will overlook
a few flaws. If this is the
case, we will let you know how extensive, or to what extent, the flaws are.
We have found that if it isn't worth talking about (or writing a book about!), it isn't
interesting enough to be in our inventory.
